I’m Josefine and I’m so glad you’re here!

I help people, just like you, to identify their core values and rediscover joy, build their own successful and profitable coaching business and ultimately, lead a life without time constraints or compensations caps.

I help former Corporate Professionals turned Coaches make more money by teaching highly effective business strategies merged with the necessary mindset work.

I have been where you are today and trust me when I tell you, I know exactly how you feel.

Maybe, like so many others, you sit with a constant feeling of unresolve, with the inability to settle because you know you are destined for more and you want to live life on your terms… but you just don’t seem to have found the secret ingredient yet.

The one that will finally make it happen.

You know you have the potential to do great things but the idea of stepping out of your comfort zone is paralysing and seems far too risky.

You have invested a lot in your business already, not to speak of all those years that you invested in your corporate career, and now you might feel as if maybe you should just give in, and go back to a “normal job” instead…

Chances are also that you might think that you have missed the train already.

That other successful entrepreneurs and CEO’s caught it on time, and it might anyways not work out for you because you don’t have a huge audience and you haven’t figured it all out yet.

I am here to tell you one thousand times over that this is not the case and I do so with confidence because I was once in your shoes.

I’m glad we crossed paths because it’s my mission to help you become that brave, empowered and successful entrepreneur we both know you were destined to be.

It’s never too late to create the life you want to live!

But let me introduce myself properly, and take you back to where my journey began.

For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to become an author. I never forgot about that dream, but I didn't ever believe that I could make a living from it.

Like many others, I chose a safe profession and started my career as an accountant. But I began to crave a more challenging role and hoped to earn more money, so I decided to obtain a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

After finishing my studies, I followed my heart and moved from Sweden to Switzerland where I grew my network, started to climb the corporate ladder and worked hard within the financial services industry.

I've held many interesting and challenging senior executive roles within many different areas. To mention a few: Accounting, Auditing, Consulting, Risk Management and Chief of Staff of 200 employees at two of the Big4 companies and one of Switzerland's largest banks, but deep down, I knew it wasn't at all what I wanted to do…

In August 2019 we learned that my dad had incurable cancer. My Google research said that he would most likely have three more months to live.

He didn’t get those three months.

All my chatty, funny and caring dad got was six weeks.

Six weeks…

This was a really scary wake-up call for me. What was I doing? I was wasting my precious time pursuing a career that had nothing to do with my passions, in a position that gave me stomach ache.

Two weeks before my dad passed away, in my mid-forties, I resigned from my high status, well paid corporate job. It was time to start acting on my dreams.

I made a commitment to overcome my fears and work towards creating a better life for myself.

And I did. I started to build my business to fulfill my dream where I love what I do for a living, where I can work from anywhere in the whole world, and where I’m financially free.

However, there were still things that I didn’t quite dare to do. I was still scared.

A bit over two years after my father had passed away I was also diagnosed with cancer.

But contrary to my dad, I was lucky. Because although the tumor was malignant, it wasn’t aggressive. The doctors had caught it on time.

And let me tell you that by now I was wide awake, and it taught me three things:

  1. Follow your dreams,

  2. Collect memories, and

  3. There is no reason to be afraid of anything that won’t kill you

Having a business gives you freedom. It removes the money cap and time constraints that you have in a corporate career. It gives you the possibility to make an impact. When you have a coaching business, you even get to help others fulfill their dreams.

I can’t think of a better job to be honest! The snowball effect of helping others is real.

If coaching is something you love doing, you can’t go wrong.

I have never regretted my decision to leave my corporate career.

My team and I teach former corporate professionals turned coaches how to design and implement a scalable business model, so that they can help more people and make more money, while working less.

We help our clients to create the life they want to live… a life without any regrets.

My path to becoming an entrepreneur was definitely not straight, but one extremely helpful thought that stood out during my own transition was:

I was successful in the Financial Services industry, pursuing a career I didn't want to have in the first place. Imagine how successful I will become while doing something that I love.

If I can do it, so can you!

P.S. I guess you were wondering. YES! I have written that novel. It has a beginning, a middle and an ending. I’m proud to say I’ve submitted it to some publishing companies as we speak. Do I know that it will be published? No. What counts though is that I did it.
