Program Terms

These Program Terms apply when you buy any of my online programs, sessions or memberships. They apply in addition to my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If anything here differs from the Terms & Conditions, these Program Terms apply.

"I", "me" and "my" means Josefine Wanner GmbH, Zurich. "You" means the business buying the program.

1Who my programs are for

My programs, sessions and memberships are designed for solopreneurs, entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, for use in their business.

When you buy, you confirm that you're buying for your business, not as a private person.

If I work with individuals through a partner or corporate client, my contract is with that organization, not with the individuals taking part.

2All sales are final: no refunds

When you join, you get immediate access to the program content: the online program, templates, recordings and bonuses. I also plan each program's live sessions in advance with your place in mind. For these reasons, all purchases are non-refundable, in full or in part.

This also applies if you don't log in, don't attend the live sessions, or don't complete the program. Showing up and doing the work is up to you, and that's also where your results come from.

When you buy, you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand any right to withdraw or cancel ends once you have that access.

3Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, you're committing to the full program price, just split into instalments. Stopping participation, not using the program or cancelling a payment doesn't cancel the remaining instalments.

If an instalment fails, I may pause your access until the payment has gone through. If you miss payments, the remaining amount becomes due straight away.

All prices are in USD, as shown at checkout, unless we agree otherwise. For example, in-person events in Zurich are priced in CHF. If we agree that you'll pay in another currency, I convert the price using the exchange rate on the day we agree it.

4Live sessions and recordings

Most of my programs include live group calls, scheduled in advance. Joining them is your responsibility. Missed calls aren't rescheduled, refunded or credited, but you can catch up using the recording.

Recordings are shared with program participants so they can catch up during their access period. They're for your own use only, so please don't download, share or post them. I never publish recordings or clips from the calls.

I may use general themes, questions and insights from the calls, including what I said, as inspiration for my content. I'll never name you and never quote what you said word for word.

What's shared in the room stays in the room. Please keep anything other participants share on the calls confidential.

51:1 sessions and intensives

If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session or intensive, please let me know in advance so we can find a new time. Sessions missed without notice are not rescheduled or refunded.

6Your results

I give you strategies, tools and support, and I'm fully committed to helping you succeed. But your results depend on your own effort, experience, market and circumstances, which are outside my control. So I can't promise any particular outcome, such as a number of followers, leads, clients or income.

The client stories and testimonials I share are real, but they reflect individual journeys and aren't a guarantee of what you'll achieve. You remain responsible for the decisions you make in your business.

7How long you have access

How long you have access to a program is stated on its sales page or at checkout, for example lifetime access or six months.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as I offer the program on this website or on a platform that replaces it. I may update, improve or restructure the content during your access period.

8The Next Move membership

The Next Move is an ongoing support membership for clients who have completed LinkedIn Breakthrough or the Scalable Offer Accelerator. It's billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time: by emailing me at [email protected], by sending me a direct message, or yourself in your account settings. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments already made aren't refunded.

9Referrals

If you recommend one of my programs and someone joins through your referral, I may pay you a referral commission. The rate varies by program and I'll always tell you the rate before you start referring.

Commissions are earned only on completed, paid purchases by new clients, and are paid within 30 days after the payment is received (for payment plans, per instalment received). You can't earn commission on your own purchases. I may change or end the referral program at any time, but any commission you've already earned will still be paid.

10My content

Everything in my programs, including videos, workbooks, templates and recordings, belongs to me. It's licensed to you for use in your own business. Please don't share your login, resell the content, or use it to create your own competing program.
